A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will migrate your web site(s) to our high–performance cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost information and unwanted downtime. That is the reason why we will do all that for you for free!We have highly capable administrators whose principal job is to make certain that your website works exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on famous apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise ETA, since there are many factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not very large).

A: We don’t gather any private info. We will require, however, the login info for your present web hosting account as well as the name of the website that you would like to transfer.

If everything is functioning correctly, all you will need to do is edit the name server records for your domain. Your web site will be transferred to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the web site transfer either.

A: Yup. We support all standard Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary site creation and management user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
